Your purchase will enable the church to complete the road construction projects required to open
our Family Life Center. Please select your preferred maturity date and the total amount you are
requesting. The initial minimum purchase is $1,000.00. Additional notes may be purchased in
increments of $500.00. The annual interest rate is 4%. Both the principal and compounded
interest will be paid to the noteholder at the stated maturity date. Your reservation will be
processed when the availability of your requested notes is confirmed and payment is made. Please
visit the church office for more information, to provide social security number for the issuance of
